The North American Section is led by Director Nancy T. de Grummond and Secretary-Treasurer Francesco de Angelis. Together with a dedicated board of advisors, they support the coordination of essential fieldwork and seek to foster collaboration between American researchers and the Istituto Nazionale in Italy.

Our membership comprises archaeologists, historians, museologists and other scientists committed to the highest standards of research. Through their collective expertise, INSEI-NA backs old and new excavations, academic publications, and the protection of Etruscan and Italic heritage for future generations through modern practices in conservation, the laboratory and the museum.
